I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! It's one of the nicest holidays anywhere in my opinion. Giving thanks at least once a year and celebrating with friends and family as the true beginning of the holiday season is great. We celebrated with our near relatives, my brother-in-law's brother and his wife hosted us. We share a niece and nephew (my sister's children) but are not related technically. Interesting juxtaposition. Our daughter joined us and our niece came later. All in all, the way it's supposed to be.
I was able to get pretty far through what I hope are the last edits to The Siberian Question over the weekend. Still have five chapters left and a lot of work but still targeting mid December now for a publication date. Fingers crossed.
Otherwise, recovering from the bike crash well. Nothing broken and lots of bruises especially my ego. Nothing as embarrassing as riding into a hole! The damage could have been a lot worse so very thankful it wasn't.
