It's the last day of 2025 so I want to wish everyone a very happy, healthy new year. 2026 looks like a transition year for me as I begin to move the needle from being a full time practicing attorney to a part time attorney and part time author. Until now, it's been more or less 99% law and 1% writing. I want to move that to maybe 10 or even 20% writing in 2026. Since I track all my time in my practice, including admin and client development, I'll just add a new category to track my time spent on what I call the "publishing business."
Meanwhile, The Siberian Question has been formatted. I just need to review it carefully. Looking for a late January launch! Meanwhile, attached is a funny happy new year wish reel that I tried to edit, which is why I think it's funny. I took it from last year's reel created by a digital marketing company I hired (whole other story) and just tried to change 2025 to 2026. It kind of glitches in a few places but I think it works!
